Meet The Owner
and Principal Consultant
Dr. Kelly Murphy brings over 20 years of executive leadership and clinical expertise to her work in human performance and organizational effectiveness. She specializes in workplace behavioral dynamics, strategic process improvement, performance optimization, and leadership development. Grounded in the belief that organizational success begins with investing in people and culture, Kelly approaches her work with a deep commitment to human-centered growth. She is known for balancing strategic planning with empathy, making her a trusted advisor to leaders and teams navigating transformation, growth, or crisis.
With a strategic and systems-thinking lens, Kelly diagnoses complex organizational challenges and implements targeted, sustainable interventions. She partners with organizations to align structures, processes, and culture with strategic objectives, while integrating data-driven decision-making and feedback loops to support continuous learning and long-term impact.
She holds a PsyD in Psychology with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Development and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Kelly bridges theory and practice with a relational, grounded perspective. Her dedication to empowering individuals and organizations is the driving force behind Murphy Business Consulting’s mission: delivering meaningful, measurable outcomes through strategic guidance and expert consultation.

Gabriel Klemm
Gabriel is an accomplished professional with expertise in organizational leadership, program development, training and instruction, and process improvement. He brings 23 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force, where he held a variety of training and senior leadership positions. In addition, he has over a decade of experience in educational leadership across both K-12 and higher education settings. Gabriel is passionate about team building, developing effective programs and processes, and coaching the next generation of leaders.
